On the morning of November 18th, a production crew from the "Innovation
Powering Intelligent Manufacturing" program of CCTV's Finance Channel arrived at
the Dongying High-tech Industrial Development Zone. They conducted an in-depth
thematic interview and research visit at Shengli Oilfield Shengji Petroleum
Equipment Co., Ltd. Journalists from the program, including Li Qing, Xi
Shanshan, and Li Dong, participated in a symposium alongside relevant officials
from the Municipal and District Publicity Departments and the Management
Committee of the High-tech Zone. The focus was on Shengji's innovative practices
in leveraging new quality productive forces to drive the intelligent, green, and
high-efficiency development of the petroleum equipment manufacturing
industry.

In the conference room on the first floor of Shengji, the visiting delegation
watched the corporate promotional video, a promotional film about the high-end
laboratories, and a documentary on automated operation equipment. They also
received thematic presentations on core products such as multiphase flowmeters
and high-dryness high-efficiency steam injection boilers. Zhang Duanguang, the
company's General Manager and Deputy Party Committee Secretary, centered around
the theme of "Developing New Quality Productive Forces to Make Petroleum
Development Safer, Smarter, and More Efficient," and systematically introduced
the company's explorations and achievements in areas like technology
empowerment, talent-driven development, and management innovation.

As a national-level "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" (Key
Little Giant) enterprise and a manufacturing champion in specific segments,
Shengji has consistently increased its investment in science and technology in
recent years. It has successively developed over 20 core products with
independent intellectual property rights, including automated well workover
operation equipment and high-pressure dual-resistant gas production wellhead
devices. Six of these products fill domestic gaps. Notably, the automated
intelligent well workover rig has achieved an 85% reduction in operational
intensity, driving a historic transformation in oilfield operational methods.
The company has established China's only CNAS-accredited multiphase flow
laboratory, and its products are exported to more than 70 countries and regions,
making it a strategic partner for internationally renowned oilfield service
companies.

Regarding talent and management mechanisms, Shengji has established a
cultivation system characterized by "Project + Talent." Through systems such as
expert appointment/evaluation, competition for positions, and performance
incentives, it fully stimulates the innovative vitality of various talents.
Simultaneously, leveraging more than 160 management systems and a company-wide

CCTV's Finance Channel program "Innovation Powering Intelligent
Manufacturing" aims to deeply explore exemplary experiences within Chinese

This visit to Shengji not only showcased the proactive efforts of the Dongying
High-tech Zone in promoting the upgrade of the petroleum equipment industry but
also provided a valuable reference for resource-based cities and enterprises
across the country in accelerating the formation of new quality productive
