A coating machine is a device widely used in industrial production, primarily designed to evenly apply liquid or paste-like coatings onto substrates (such as films, paper, metal foils, plastics, glass, etc.). After drying or curing, these coatings form functional layers with specific properties. It plays a critical role in fields such as new energy, electronics, packaging, optical films, and construction materials.
I.Debugging Checklist
1.Pre-Operation Checks
Verify gas supply (methane), power, and site safety.
Ensure mold temperature controller is ON and material tank is filled.
Repeat safety checks (gas/power/site).
2.Functional Tests
Discharge volume test.
Train staff on touchscreen operations.
II.Maintenance Guidelines
Cover all material inlets and floors with waste leather/paper to maintain cleanliness.
Scrape off accumulated skin from mixer chamber walls and bottom per shift.
Clean/replace filters at least once per shift.
Loosen ball valves once per shift to prevent internal freezing.
Regularly check water levels in temperature control units and refill as needed.
Lubricate moving parts of the machine head frame at scheduled intervals.
Inspect and tighten screws on mechanical/electrical components routinely.
Material Handling:
Wipe clean stainless steel Pipe A after use; store in a sealed bucket lined with clean bags.
Collect Material B in dedicated sealed containers.
Check needle valves each shift for looseness, leaks, or frozen residue; clean if needed.
III.On-Site Safety Reminders
1.General Safety:
Confirm equipment/personnel safety before any operation.
Visually inspect the machine head’s path before manual movement.
2.Mixing & Cleaning:
Secure mixer jacket and nozzle before startup.
Wear eye protection to avoid solvent splashes during cleaning.
3.Component Replacement:
Deactivate mixer power and safety lock during head replacement.
Ensure cooling systems are functional when mixing is active.
4.Prohibited Actions:
No forceful disassembly of metering pumps/servo motors.
No sharp objects or corrosive solvents for touchscreen cleaning.
5.Electrical & Long-Term Storage:
Only qualified technicians may perform electrical repairs.
Fully clean pumps, valves, and pipes if idle for extended periods.
6.Operational Limits:
Maintain air pressure ≥0.65 MPa.
Regularly service vacuum pumps.
7.Special Notes:
Unlock all tank cover screws before lifting; turn off power after use (client-specific requirement).
IV.Differences Between Coating Layers
1. Single-Coating (1-Layer)
Structure: Single layer combining adhesion + surface function.
Pros: Low cost, fast production.
Cons: Hard texture
