Company Successfully Passes On-site Appraisal for A2 Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License Renewal

From January 3rd to 5th, 2025, a five-member appraisal team from the Shandong
Provincial Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute conducted a
three-day on-site appraisal for our company's A2 pressure vessel manufacturing
license renewal.

With the full cooperation of the Supply & Sales Management Department,
Production Management Department, Human Resources Department, Technology R&D
Center, Metrology and Testing Center, Boiler & Vessel Branch Factory,
Quality Management Department, and other relevant units, and under the
high-level attention and support of company leadership, the expert team reviewed
three key aspects of our A2 vessel manufacturing capability: resource
conditions, trial product design, and the quality assurance system. The team
conducted on-site verification of design equipment, designer qualifications, and
staffing related to A2 vessel design; examined the establishment and
implementation of the quality assurance system documentation; reviewed drawings,
processes, and manufacturing records for manufactured and designed products; and
administered theoretical tests and on-site professional competency assessments
to the design personnel.

Following the on-site review, the appraisal team concluded that our company's
resource conditions for A2 vessel manufacturing, as well as the establishment
and implementation of our quality assurance system, comply with and satisfy the
relevant requirements of the "Licensing Conditions" and the applicable product
safety technical regulations and standards. The audit team identified 5
non-conformities. Upon completion of corrective actions and verification for
these non-conformities, the company will finalize the renewal of its A2 pressure
vessel manufacturing license in accordance with the licensing procedures.

After the conclusion of the on-site appraisal, in response to the various
oral and written issues raised by the appraisal team, Vice General Manager Shen
Junfang organized a summary meeting attended by the heads of relevant
departments and responsible persons for each system within the quality assurance
framework. The meeting summarized and reviewed the problems exposed during this
license renewal process and outlined specific requirements and work arrangements
for the future operation of the vessel manufacturing system and the enhancement
of vessel design and manufacturing quality. Ms. Shen emphasized that ensuring
the quality of vessel manufacturing design and final products is of paramount
importance, as it directly impacts the company's survival and development. Every
system responsible person, every department, and each employee must work
together cohesively and treat the quality of vessel design and manufacturing
with the utmost seriousness and dedication.
